This nurturing workshop invites you to explore the beautiful world of chakras - the energy centers within your body. Perfect for beginners, I'll gently guide you through each of the seven major chakras, helping you understand their significance in your overall well-being.


Here's an idea of what to expect:


  1. I'll introduce each chakra one by one, from the grounding Root to the spiritual Crown. We'll discuss details like their location in the body, how to identify if they are out of alignment and ways to you can realign them.

  2. You'll learn easy techniques to connect with each chakra.

  3. I'll share practical tips on how to keep your chakras healthy in daily life.

  4. You'll have a chance to ask any questions and share your experiences in a warm, supportive space
