About the event
Christina is an active RYS-200, RYT500, E-200RYT, and YACEP, registered with the Yoga Alliance with a focused area of expertise in Meditation, Trauma Informed Yoga and Yoga Nidra. She also has specialty certifications as an Empowerment Life Coach, EFT Practitioner, and Reiki Master.  She believes in creating a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore their inner selves, release tension, and cultivate resilience.  She strives to bring trauma-informed practices to individuals who may not otherwise have access to such incredible healing modalities. Her ultimate goal is to empower others by helping them reclaim their power and inner peace.
