Training is online for accessibility and comprehensive with the knowledge and practice for successful facilitation.
Who Can Join: This training is open to yoga teachers, wellness practitioners, mental health professionals, and anyone passionate about sharing the profound benefits of Yoga Nidra with others. No prior experience with Yoga Nidra is required—just an open heart and a willingness to learn.
What is yoga nidra?Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a state of conscious relaxation that rejuvenates the body, mind, and spirit. It is a deeply restorative practice that can help individuals release tension, reduce stress, and access profound states of inner peace and self-awareness.

Schedule:
- 4-weeks, every Tuesday and Thursday from 4:30pm (pst to 7:00pm (pst).
- (Optional) Wednesdays from 4:30-5:30pm pst live yoga nidra session.
