This training moves through seven integrated teaching themes inspired by the chakra system, blending trauma-informed principles.

We’ll blend nervous system awareness, embodied learning, cognitive grounding practices, and authentic leadership development with yoga philosophy.

Each stage will support a different aspect of teaching and human connection. Together, we will journey through the:
