Hey there, I'm Christina! I've been teaching yoga for more than fifteen years, and to me, yoga is all about finding that relaxed state where you can really connect the mind and body in a safe and gentle way. My journey started as a way to heal from my own trauma, and now I love sharing what I’ve learned to help others feel grounded and free from overwhelming stress. I focus on gentle, mindful practices that can enhance inner peace and happiness. I apply holistic practices that people can use on or off the mat for quickly regaining a sense of calm. I have an MBA and worked for years in a high stress environment before feeling burnout so I am all about gentle approaches that can that bring harmony to the mind and body quickly. Many of my clients are beginners and come to me wanting to regain their mental clarity, find balance, manage stress, anxiety, depression, and PTSD, build their self-esteem, and create healthy habits with clear goals. I welcome everyone, no matter their age or experience level. As for my credentials, I am a Yoga Therapist, E-RYT500, YACEP, EFT Practitioner and Life Coach. I offer community yoga classes, workshops and trainings for all those wanting to learn more about stress management options and yoga. I can't wait to meet you!

YogaSoul.Online's Wellness Center is a trauma-informed yoga school that is here to service individuals in finding inner peace through the love of yoga and all of its branches.
The foundational root of YogaSoul.Online and its wellness center seeds from the ancient teachings of Swami Sivananda and has grown over the years to offer healing practices to many people looking to build stability, strength, balance and inspiration.
We believe peace stems from within and the goal of YogaSoul.Online's Wellness Center is to offer space for people to explore their mind-body connection, grow past pain and unite in harmony.
Our teachings carry forward self-awareness through the four paths of yoga: Raja (purification), Jnana (knowledge), Bhakti (love) and Karma (service).
We also carry forward the five principals of yoga: Proper Exercise (asana), Proper Breathing (pranayama), Proper Relaxation (savasana), Proper Nutrition and Positive Thinking (vedanta) & Meditation (dhyana).

New To The Studio?
What Do I Need For Class?
Water and anything else to help you feel comfortable. Most people like to use their own mats, but mats, bolsters, straps and blankets are available at the studio.
Are You Diversity Friendly?
Yes, Yoga Soul Wellness Center embraces diversity, equity, and inclusion with a judgment free space where every mind, body, and spirit feels at home. We nurture respect, acceptance and growth on and off the mat. All are welcomed.
Can I Arrive Late?
To maintain a peaceful and safe environment it is not recommended to arrive late. Please do your best to arrive about 5-10 minutes before class starts, especially if you have not already completed the new student intake form.
How Do I Book a Class?
Just visit book a class under the weekly yoga tab and use your membership to register for class or drop-in for $20.
I'm Local - Where Can I Park?
Convenient free parking is located behind the studio.
Do I Need Experience?
Nope. No experience required! You will be gently guided through every class offered.
The New Student Form is found under 'Home' Tab. *Please understand that all new students must complete this form, before participating in any class.
What Should I Wear?
You are encouraged to wear clothing that feels comfortable, so nothing too restrictive or overly loose. It is best to wear clothing that allows for free movement yet provides sufficient coverage during yoga classes. *If attending in-person or online with cameras on, please understand that to ensure a respectful space for all, we ask that tops and bottoms be worn at all times, regardless of gender and transparent clothing is to be avoided.
