Coming out of the Covid shell?
Here are some tips to stay sane:
1. Find a workable goal. What does this mean? Well, what can you do independently that’s fun? What can you do that is not overwhelming or too expensive? And what can you do today that will help you progress towards a future goal?
2. Surround yourself with uplifting people. Focus on people who lift you up, not bring you down.
3. Exercise. Enjoy a 5–10-minute walk or engage in an aerobic workout.
4. Enjoy the sun and fresh air. Bring a beverage, wear sunscreen and enjoy the nice weather. Put your feet up and relax!
5. Help a friend or volunteer. Give back to the community. Help create a warm, loving space.
Aim for progress, not perfection. Start small and grow.
