I've been teaching yoga for more than fifteen years, and to me, yoga is all about finding that relaxed state where you can really connect the mind and body in a safe and gentle way. My journey started as a way to heal from my own trauma, and now I love sharing what I’ve learned to help others feel grounded and free from overwhelming stress. With an MBA and years of working in a demanding environment, I deeply understand the essential nature of self-care in our busy lives. I focus on gentle, mindful practices that can enhance inner peace and happiness. Many people come to me as beginners, looking to reclaim mental clarity, find balance, and gently address stress, anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Together, we nurture self-esteem and plant the seeds of healthy habits that blossom into achievable goals. I share holistic practices that people can use on or off the mat for quickly regaining a sense of calm. My practice is open to everyone— regardless of age or experience. I believe each person has a unique light to share in our community. As for my credentials, I am a Yoga Therapist, E-RYT500, YACEP, EFT Practitioner, and Certified Life Coach. My everyday offering includes ongoing community yoga classes, and yoga workshops, and trainings, where people can really dive in and explore gentle stress management techniques that they can personalize to fit their unique needs. I look forward to welcoming you into our nurturing space of growth and healing.
