What is Yoga Nidra? 

Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a state of conscious relaxation that rejuvenates the body, mind, and spirit. It is a deeply restorative practice that can help individuals release tension, reduce stress, and access profound states of inner peace and self-awareness.

Christina Baggott

Hey there! I'm Christina, and I've dedicated my life to guiding others on their path to healing and wellness. My journey into holistic healing began in 2008 when I discovered the profound impact of yoga on my own trauma recovery. After training in an ashram in Canada, I embarked on a journey to share the transformative power of yoga with others.

As a trauma survivor myself, I understand the importance of addressing emotional wounds and nurturing the mind, body, and spirit. I believe in creating a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore their inner selves, release trauma, and cultivate resilience.

I strive to bring trauma-informed practices to individuals who may not otherwise have access to such incredible healing modalities. My ultimate goal is to empower others to embrace their journey towards healing and self-discovery, reclaiming their power and finding inner peace.

I am an active RYS-200, RYT500, E-200RYT, and YACEP, registered with the Yoga Alliance with a focused area of expertise in Meditation, Trauma Informed Yoga and Yoga Nidra.  I also have specialty certifications as an Empowerment Life Coach, EFT Practitioner, and Reiki Master. 


I've worked on yoga projects that include teaching yoga for victims and survivors of human trafficking and domestic violence (NYC), teaching yoga for senior refugees (Portland, ME) and teaching yoga at an after-school youth yoga program (Lewiston, ME), and most recently, teaching yoga to transitional youth (Reno, NV).

I truly love helping people elevate inner peace and calm, cultivate self-discovery, and strengthen their mind-body connection.


Vishal Dubey

Hi, I'm Vishal, a Yoga Philosophy teacher who currently lives in Coimbatore, India. I often teach Yoga philosophy in the 200 and 300 Hour Yoga teacher training programs for reputable Yoga studios located in the US, Australia, Canada, Germany & South Africa. I consider myself a lifelong learner and believe the whole world to be a teacher, which has allowed me to explore multiple paths in Yoga with a more therapeutic approach that is focused upon physical, mental & spiritual wellbeing.


I can expertly teach The Bhagavad Gita, Upanishads (major 12), Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, Hatha Yoga Pradipika, Mantra Japa, Meditation & Yoga Nidra.


My sessions are a combination of Hatha, Vedanta and Tantra philosophy. I truly believe that these three paths complement one another, leading any seeker systematically along to the path of Self-realization. The aspirant first clears the mind through the practice of Hatha, then practices self-inquiry through Vedanta, and finally breaks through the final barrier with Tantra, experiencing the heights of inner awakening.
