Online: Beginner Hatha Yoga


Service Description

This class introduces breathing exercises, basic Hatha Yoga poses with alignment safety considerations.  Each class will invite you to notice how your body feels in the pose so you can personalize your practice and make appropriate adjustments that will best support your unique system. Classes are meant to be interactive and meditative.
