Online: Beginner Yoga Flow
Service Description
This is a gentle flow that adds alignment, breath awareness and movement. Each class begins with stretching, moves into beginner flow sequence movements and finishes with a meditative exercise. The intention of class is to become familiar with synching the movement to breath and to build a foundation that will guide you through a full Vinyasa class.
