During periods of change, it's crucial to maintain a healthy lifestyle to support our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Yoga is an ancient practice, rooted in India, offering a holistic approach to wellness, specifically Patanjali's 8 limbs of yoga, which provides valuable tools to navigate change and cultivate healthy habits.


The 8 Limbs of Yoga

1. Yama - Moral Code

The first limb, Yama, encourages us to practice ethical and moral standards in our interactions with the world. During times of change, adhering to principles of non-violence, truthfulness, and non-excess can ground us and help us make positive choices.

8. Samadhi - Bliss
